Fine Hotel with AMAZING staff!!!
delicious breakfast amazing servers helpful concierge
The breakfast was DELICIOUS, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent too. Servers were amazing. The food was Excellent!!! The fitness room has everything I needed. Peter helped me with my luggage. He found me in the restaurant to let me know that my flight landed. Allan from the Concierge desk was very helpful.
A slight delay at check-in, though the staff quickly resolved it, so it wasn't a HUGE deal.

The hotel is located near many restaurants and places of interest. It has easy access to the airport, so travelling to and from this hotel is a HUGE convenience. This area offers plenty of things to do.

The room included beautiful linens and an iPad, it controls everything. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. A Dyson hairdryer was available, so I could quickly dry my hair after a shower. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Breakfast had numerous choices, including hot and cold selections. The hotel restaurant had an extensive menu with fresh seafood. I had a nice dinner, so it. The champagne tasted very nice at the bar.

The staff were friendly and super helpful, they were really nice. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. I received prompt assistance, so I felt very well looked after. Every request was handled with care.

Lovely Luxury Getaway
perfect service communal area calming atmosphere
The service was Perfect. Staff members were attentive. They addressed every need with precision. I loved the complimentary snacks and refreshments available in the communal area. The staff offered cocktails and wine. The pool area has a big spa, a communal sauna, steam room, and experience shower. I felt completely relaxed and pampered . The creative Australian theme and mood lighting helped to produce a calming atmosphere.
The minibar prices seemed a little high.
